Ticket Transfer: Tickets may be transferable to another person, but it is your responsibility to ensure the new ticket holder complies with these Terms.
Age Restrictions: Festicrawl events may have age restrictions. You must comply with all age restrictions and provide valid identification upon request. Failure to do so may result in denied entry without a refund.
3. Event Participation
Code of Conduct: We want everyone to have a good time at Festicrawl, so we expect all participants to behave responsibly. You agree to respect the property and rules of each participating venue, follow the instructions of Event staff, and conduct yourself in a manner that does not endanger the safety or enjoyment of others. Festicrawl reserves the right to remove any participant from the Event for inappropriate behavior, without a refund.
Alcohol Consumption: If you choose to consume alcohol during the Event, you agree to do so responsibly. You must be of legal drinking age and provide valid identification. Festicrawl and participating venues reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or is unable to provide valid identification.
Assumption of Risk: By participating in the Event, you acknowledge that participation involves certain risks, including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, and alcohol-related incidents. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the Event.
4. Site Usage
Content Ownership: All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Festicrawl or its content providers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
